  • A very influential role is now available for a highly credible and experienced senior HR professional to really make the difference and help the business achieve the next level both in terms of growth but also culture

  • Reporting into the Managing director you will be an active member of the executive and be responsible for four manufacturing sites

    Core responsibilities for the role include:-

    Active senior executive member
  • Responsible for contributing to overall business strategy
  • HR activities to include commercial and operational recruitment, performance management, industrial and employee relations and salary and bonus management
  • HR systems and process- design & development
    Business programmes-
  • Culture and values , learning and development
  • Team management and leadership across multiple sites

  • You - This role will require a strong influencer and someone who can demonstrate strong communication skills blended with very acute business sense
  • You will be an experienced HR professional who has an effective track record within the manufacturing sectors
  • A background within the product development sector would be advantageous

  • You will have good intellect and business knowledge with suitable CIPD qualifications
  • At least 15+ years' experience in HR Management at manager level
  • Very strong leadership qualities together with presence
  • All round very strong administration practices and knowledge
  • The ability to deal effectively with the Unions and staff negotiations
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and oral and be highly numerate
  • A team player, contributor and motivator
