Job Description
  • Responsibilities


  • Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the entire programmatic landscape
  • Ensuring our Leadership Stage Executive Solutions client is perceived as the market leader in audience data
  • Develop the commercial strategy for Singapore
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue for the region, ultimately exceeding targets set in multiple markets and ensuring the supply is there to meet the demand Lead a team of 10 people
  • Coaching the team to help improve performance, strategic approach and overall ensure revenue is maximised and targets exceeded
  • Work with the Global CEO to appropriately execute this goal
  • Work closely with DSP's and DMP's, establishing relationships with key data managers at each
  • Ensure our client is seen as the data partner of choice to drive referrals, integration opportunities and commercial deals
  • Identify and close commercial opportunities with platforms, publishers, agencies and advertisers helping to drive incremental and guaranteed revenue for the business
  • Overseeing all processes, project management and output to ensure first class service is deliver to all key partners in the business internally and externally
  • Analyse revenue trends across advertisers
  • Clearly identifying trends in results, developing clear rationale for fluctuations
  • Identify marketing opportunities to position Our Leadership Stage Executive Solutions client Singapore as a market leader and successfully execute with the global marketing team
  • Maintain complete control of the Singapore PL and full understanding of the costs to the business to ensure margins are kept and profitability is ensured
  • While managing costs, evaluating new market opportunities beyond where our client currently exists in Singapore


    Experience


  • Proven track record and rich experience in digital space across multiple regions Extensive experience at a senior management level
  • Senior relationships across the entire programmatic landscape both supply and demand side
  • Is vital to the success of this role
  • Excellent knowledge of the programmatic industry is essential and a level of understanding how data is applied to programmatic campaigns would be advantageous
  • Exceptional ability to identify and close commercial opportunities in a traditional way but also the ability to think outside the box and look at new ways of building revenue with current and new partners to diversify revenue streams
  • Ability to train, motivate and coach a sales team to exceed revenue targets through collaboration and autonomy
  • Ability to execute a business sales plan from start to finish, achieving key KPI's
  • Proven track record in developing strategic plans and evidence of executing on these plans
  • Experience in working independently with a small team to achieve your goals
  • In-depth of how to read, understand an evaluate a business PL to ensure the strategic plan fits in with the costs goals of the business
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience at a senior management level
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial in nature
  • Strong interpersonal skills
