Job Description
  • This is an exciting time to join Our Leadership Stage Executive Solutions Client - as a Sr HR Business Partner-APAC/EMEA
  • This important new role is both strategic and delivery focused and will be joining at a pivotal point in the history of our business

  • Critical to the People Team, we are looking for a Sr HR Business Partner-APAC/EMEA to provide both the strategic and operational HR interface with the business
  • It's not just your job to partner the business however, you will drive people engagement, leading and supporting the people strategy and bringing to life the companies HR vision

    Your duties will be wide ranging, but ultimately you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with business stakeholders, Centres of Excellence and the Head of People to understand and determine the appropriate people interventions that support business strategy and drive increased business performance
  • Working with the Head of People to ensure divisional alignment of people plans
  • Supporting leaders and managers in facilitating the delivery of organisational projects and divisional people initiatives, including cyclical HR activity such as pay review, appraisal etc
  • Utilising experience in both ER and Change projects to help deliver on transformational projects into various lines of business, which includes a review of structure, culture, reward and benefits and shift and operating hours
  • Demonstrating commitment to a strong relationship with our people through our leaders and Voice forums aligning to our Employee Relations strategy
  • Supporting transformational activity through strong change management approach ensuring the way that People change is delivered, is consistent with our brand values and cultural principles
  • Analysing the MI to determine areas requiring action and recommending proactive solutions on such areas as attrition, attendance management, training needs, performance management, reward and recognition, employee engagement, resourcing and benchmarking for your client group with guidance from the Head of People to ensure divisional alignment and monitoring successes & ROI
  • Travelling to different Centres for implementation and overall stakeholder management
