Job TitleHr Business Partner,Bangalore,India - 3.9924 Crores per annum + Benefits
Job Description
  • To provide strategic and operational HR partnering to VP's, Directors and Managers, globally across the COO function, to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organisation
  • To take the lead, and act as an employee champion and change agent, in the development and implementation of HR solutions and change programmes
  • Proactively assess and anticipate HR related needs of the business, and be a consultant, to management, on human resource-related issues


  • Provide business specific inputs, influences and executes the COO people strategy
  • Partner with C level -1
  • Provides coaching on leadership team effectiveness
  • Actively drives a High Performance Culture and is recognised as a true business change agent
  • Translates HR strategy into practical and effective HR solutions, where required in conjunction with the Centres of Excellence
  • Develops implementation plans to support change management initiatives
  • Manages reorganisation projects (restructuring, outsourcing, etc) working closely with business stakeholders, local HR and finance to ensure the plan is on track and appropriately accounted for in Total Labour Cost and Total Labour Resource reporting as well as the restructuring provisions
  • Co-owns the VPs P&L/ financials
  • Provide advice, guidance and direction, and consultative services to the VPs, Directors, Managers on people related matters
  • Proposes and develops recommendations on escalations
  • Responsible for annual performance management cycle, talent management and succession planning initiatives, in conjunction with the HR Specialist
  • Designs and defines talent strategy / org design / succession planning
  • Manages annual salary review and bonus process
  • Implement jos specific competency matrix and training roadmaps
  • Manages significant HR projects
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Works with VP´s and managers to analyse data resulting from the employee engagement survey and develop and implement action plans to address opportunities


    What you will need to succeed


  • Requires substantial experience as a HR practitioner or Business Partner in an international HR environment, with a broad knowledge across a wide range of HR disciplines
  • Experience within the Technology or a Service Industry preferred
  • Fluent in English, second language desirable
  • Proven record of strategic influencing, a credible activist
  • Displays solid judgement
